Mythbusters
Even though Luke uses words like ‘bro’ and ‘dude’ a lot, I always sort of pictured him as a bit of a mad genius. I watched a rerun of Mythbusters recently (I love that show) and they tackled the famed solar death ray that Archimedes supposedly used to annihilate a Roman fleet. I was immediately struck by a revelation… Luke would absolutely build this thing! Here was my chance to show Luke’s aptitude for invention. Nothing like a little welding in your den.

He could put a hole in the ceiling? It’d suck if there’s rain… but at least the solar ray would work.
Time to build some skylights.
I seem to recall that episode of Mythbusters ending with a verdict of ‘busted’.
Luke was making modifications. Maybe he can turn it into a grill or something.
Put it on a humongous subway system with a lift to reach the surface where needed.
He might just have to file this one under, ‘Hey, I tried.’
heh, Proxy: “It totally OK, it will work great when this wall isn’t here… uh, wait, what’d I say?”
I would have liked to have seen if it worked or not. Is Luke a mad genius? Or just stoned and bored?
Team Tripp has a new weapon of mass failure on it’s side… least until they can get it outside and get it to move…
I think they’ll chalk this one up as a failure at the outset.

That’s exactly what he’s going for!
Just buy “The Torch” from Wicked Lasers. It burns human flesh in 15 seconds!
Whoa! *Runs off to look it up
I probably should have mentioned that it’s the world’s most powerful flashlight. :/
Haha, I’d guess so.
There are reasons each episode begins with:
“Please don’t do what you see us do at home. We’re what you call experts.”
This is one of them.
I really do love that show but it does make me want to experiment with things I have no business experimenting with.
