lotsa this will hinge on Tripp’s persistence… and if they figure out that there was magic involved… still, it doesn’t matter who caused the wrong, Coco took the hit, and Tripp needs to lessen that pain.

I have to agree, this is pretty lame on Tripp’s part. He does need to apologize in person. And while I can see where he’s coming from, he did mess up by talking about the anger thing.
But I also think he’s pretty smart not to tempt the rage monster in person at first.
Aww man Tripp over the phone? That is lame, use skype you can at least see her face then without the added risk of getting killed
I guess that’s an idea. Except, do we know if Coco Skype’s regularly? She does not strike me as a particularly tech-savvy person.
I’m quite computer literate myself and I have used Skype in the past, but I have not used it for a couple years now.
Maybe next time he’ll try Skype.
If he has to do it in person i’d have Proxy with Tripp as backup she might not take it well that she’s there but it might give Tripp a few extra seconds of life

Last panel hilarious. Yes both will need to apologize. Making out was alluded to by Coco to Tripp, we all know how those usually end up. Proxy was told Tripp had a special present for after the party. I hope the potion info comes out soon. Will not mitigate what happened but it will make the apologizing a little easier.
